This is a legal agreement between you and B4RT Designs. By providing our Product, we demonstrate professionalism and the quality of our work. Purchasing Product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
The CUSTOMER MAY:
You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by us. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any product from this Website in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us.
The CUSTOMER MAY NOT:
- redistribute PRODUCT or modifications/parts of the PRODUCT;
- Share, redistribute, modificate or upload the content to any file hosters, websites, cloud, and others, the files are supposed to be downloaded and kept only on the customer, harddrive.
REFUND POLICIES
There are no refunds on any digital media sold by B4RT Designs. All products sold by B4RT Designs are not eligible for a return. Since all of the materials are digital, and full pre-tested, this makes it impossible to initiate a return process due to the product not being physical merchandise.
FINAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions will become effective in relation to you when you start using the B4RT Designs and will remain effective until terminated by you or by us.
B4RT Designs reserves the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Products whether in contravention of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise. If we terminate these Terms and Conditions or suspend your account for any of the reasons set out in this section, B4RT Designs shall have no liability or responsibility to you.
